University Canada West is a business-oriented university in British Columbia. In 2020 they launched the "Women in Leadership MBA Award", an MBA scholarship for women who have shown exceptional potential for success as leaders.

University Canada West launched an MBA Scholarship Program called the “Women in Leadership Award”, and wanted to find a way to give it the attention such an initiative deserves. The campaign goal was to raise awareness and encourage women to apply or at least consider continuing education.

Our Process
Inspiring The Leaders of Tomorrow

ID partnered with three successful businesswomen located in major cities; Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto.

Each of them felt strongly about the importance of opportunities to further education and recognized how crucial it is that we supply women with the tools and resources they need to help advance in their careers.

From their own perspectives as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities, each participant shared their own stories and advocated the programs available through the “UCW Female MBA Award”.

The Campaign
Maximize Their Potential

They each created a unique branded post detailing their paths in the business world as well as the importance of utilizing programs such as these to help enhance their skills. In their captions, they encouraged their followers to visit the scholarship page by incorporating their reasons for considering the pursuit of an MBA.

Finally, influencers shared story posts highlighting the scholarship program guidelines and who would benefit most from it. They included a CTA to learn more and apply by incorporating a swipe-up to UCW’s Female MBA Scholarship Program page, which received over 560+ unique visitors.
