Willowbrook welcomed the newest addition to their shopping center, Sephora, with a Grand Opening celebration on Valentine’s Day. The campaign goal was to showcase the new beauty store on Instagram and raise awareness for Langley, BC’s first-ever Sephora location!

Our Process
Instagram Takeover

ID ‘s lifestyle and beauty influencer @brittanyng attended the Valentine’s Day Grand Opening and shared highlights via a story takeover posted live throughout the celebration.

While at the Grand Opening, Brittany also created an IGTV video of the unique offerings at the event including gift bags, a dance performance, a DJ, and expert beauty advice. All content was tagged with Willowbrook & Sephora Instagram accounts to enable resharing and maximize reach.

Following the event, Brittany posted a photo & story slide recapping her Valentine’s Day with Sephora for her audience. Brittany also used this recap to drive traffic to Willowbrook’s Instagram by encouraging her followers to watch the IGTV video featured on their page, which she created.
